Location: The Visitor Centre is off the B1026, look for the sign for 'Abberton Reservoir Visitor Centre'.

A varied circular walk starting from Abberton Reservoir and passing Layer Breton, Layer de la Haye and Layer Marney. The route includes Chest Wood, Cooks Wood and Great Billet Wood.
As a bonus, we will visit the majestic leaning tower of Birch, which is hopefully still standing.
