Bentley to Wivenhoe and the Great Inbetween (Booking Required)

Starting at the picturesque and quaint village of Great Bentley we head to Thorrington. From there we head to the River Colne, enjoying good views again that stretch to Alresford Creek. We head inland to get a different view, heading onto the pretty coastal town of Wivenhoe.

Parts of the walk may require trousers and walking boots / shoes are recommended. There will be a (short) lunch stop, so please bring food for this. There will also be the option of a pub stop at the end.

The group walk at a steady pace of 2 – 2.5 miles an hour, and there is requirement of all walkers to respect the general pace.
