## HAVE FUN, MEET NEW PEOPLE, GET FIT!

Hike Essex is an established walking group for working-age people. We have walks every weekend, as well as mid-week evening walks between Spring and Autumn, and regular weekends away and socials. All our events are run by volunteers who have a passion for walking and the outdoors. Walking with a group is a great way of getting fit while socialising with like-minded people. We’re part of the Ramblers Association, so for a one-off yearly fee (that’s less than a month’s gym membership), you can come along to any of our events, or those of other Ramblers groups. Why not join us this weekend on one of our walks? You can try up to 3 events before becoming a member.
